Plaza Centers NV - Property investor in India - Provides update on claim against Romania regarding the Casa Radio project, filing its memorial and supporting evidence at the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes. Says it seeks full compensation for its losses with respect to the project, currently estimated to be up to EUR367.7 million as at March 31. Follows last announcement in May 2022, when it issued a request for arbitration against Romania.

Plaza Centers N.V. is a Netherlands-based property developer focused on western-style shopping and entertainment centers. The Company conducts its activities in the field of establishing, operating and selling of shopping and entertainment centers, as well as other mixed-use projects (retail, office, residential) in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), India and the United States. It owns and manages six shopping and entertainment centers, including Riga Plaza, Liberec Plaza, Zgorzelec Plaza, Suwalki Plaza, Torun Plaza and Koregaon Park Plaza. The Company is engaged in about 18 development projects and owns two office schemes, located across the CEE and in India.
