MATERIAL FACT
PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Company") (B3: PSSA3) informs shareholders and the market in general that management has reassessed the projections regarding the representation of the group's business units (Porto Seguro, Porto Saúde, Porto Bank and Porto Serviço) for the year 2025, disclosed in a material fact dated December 12, 2022, and chose to update them, understanding that the new projections better reflect the scenario and business growth prospects of each of the business units and, in the consolidated, values related to financial results and effective rate.

accordance with applicable regulations.
