The Board of Directors of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. declared at their April Board meeting a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, a 20% increase from the previous quarter's dividend of $0.10. The dividend is for all shareholders of record on May 3, 2024, and will be paid on May 10, 2024.
