SensOre Ltd completed the Spin-Off of Tully Investors Limited.

Premier1 Lithium Limited, formerly SensOre Ltd., is an Australia-based company, which combines its geoscience platform and its proprietary target generation and validation technology with its geosciences expertise to discover viable mineral deposits and at pace for clients and for itself. The Company operates through four segments: Technology, Exploration, Intrepid and Corporate. It invests in the continuous improvement of its technology and IP assets, including DPT, Data Cube, Geomodeller, Cauchy Downward Continuation (CDC), 2.5D AEM, AGLADS, iFertile, iDeposit and the SensOre Discoveries Database. It has a tenement portfolio of wholly owned and joint ventured tenement assets in Western Australia that it conducts exploration and evaluation activities on. It has acquired Intrepid, a provider of geophysics software and services, which distributes and resells globally. Its Corporate segment includes corporate related salaries and oncosts, administration, marketing, and compliance costs.
