It operates through two segments: Plantation Business and Real Estate Business. Plantation Business segment is engaged in oil palm and durian plantation in Malaysia. Real Estate Business segment is engaged in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate properties in Malaysia. Its subsidiaries include Union Hub Technology Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of corporate service to group companies; Virtual Setup Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the operations of oil palm and durian plantation; and PGCG Assets Holdings Sdn. Bhd., which is involved in investments in land and buildings. Its other subsidiaries include Dunford Corporation Sdn. Bhd and Impiana Maksima Sdn. Bhd., among others.
