CI Resources Limited Appoints Dato' Kamaruddin bin Mohammed as Non Executive Independent Director, Effective from January 17, 2013

PRL Global Ltd, formerly CI Resources Limited, is an Australia-based diversified industrial company. The Company's subsidiary, Phosphate Resources Ltd, operates as an integrated diversified business with an interest in resources, energy, agri-business, logistics, and facilities management on Christmas Island and in the region. It owns and operates a rock phosphate mine on Christmas Island, provides fuel management and logistic services, and are working on the development of renewable energy projects. The Company supplies a range of bulk and bagged phosphate rocks and other fertilizer products into markets in Malaysia and Indonesia.
