Profire Energy, Inc. Announces Stephen E. Pirnat Not Stand for Re-Election to the Company's Board of Directors

On July 18, 2016, Mr. Stephen E. Pirnat notified Profire Energy, Inc. of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Company's Board of Directors at the company's 2016 annual meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Pirnat will continue to serve as a Director until the election of Directors at the 2016 annual meeting. Mr. Pirnat's decision to resign did not involve any disagreement with the company, the Company's managers, or the Board of Directors.
Profire Energy, Inc. is a technology company. The Company is focused on the upstream, midstream, and downstream transmission segments of the oil and gas industry. It specializes in the engineering and design of burner and combustion management systems and solutions.
