Prokatmontazh OAO (Prokatmontazh OJSC) is a Russia-based company active within the construction and engineering industry. The Company is primarily involved in the preparation of construction projects, as well as in the manufacture and installation of building constructions. Prokatmontazh OAO is also engaged in the overhauls of technological equipment, the manufacture of metal components for household and industrial purposes, non-standard construction equipment, pipeline elements, commodity concrete and ferroconcrete products, bricks, plastic windows and wooden products, among others. The Company is active on both: the domestic and foreign markets, especially on the territory of the Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Orenburg, Saratov and Moscow Oblasts, as well as in Kazakhstan. Prokatmontazh OAO operates through a number of production divisions, as well as through several branches. The Company's main corporate shareholder is Prosperity Rassvet Limited.
