Wholesale Business of Watches segment is mainly engaged in the wholesale of multi brands of watches in Hong Kong. Trading of Fertilisers and Other Related Products segment is engaged in provision of agency services in relation to trading of fertilisers and other related products. Manufacture and Sales of Compound Fertilisers segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of compound fertilisers in the People’s Republic of China.
