Proteome Sciences plc is a specialist provider of contract proteomics services. Its principal activities involve protein biomarker research and development. It uses high-sensitivity techniques to detect and characterize differentially expressed proteins in biological samples for diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic applications. SysQuant and TMT MS2 are its unbiased methods for identifying and contextualizing new targets and defining mechanisms of biological activity, while analysis using super-depletion and TMTcalibrator provides access to over 8,500 circulating plasma proteins for the discovery of disease-related biomarkers.
