PSB Industries completed the acquisition of Topline Products Company, Inc.

PSB Industries (ENXTPA:PSB) agreed to acquire Topline Products Company, Inc. on October 20, 2015. Topline Products Company generated sales of around $75 million in 2015. The entire range of TOPLINE's activities will integrate the Luxury & Beauty business unit of PSB. All the conditions precedent to transaction have been lifted. Emmanuel Kaeppelin and Alexis Sardyga of Delsol & Associés acted as legal advisors to PSB Industries.
