PSG KONSULT'S CREDIT RATING AFFIRMED WITH STABLE OUTLOOK

Shareholders are advised that the rating agency, Global Credit Rating Company ("GCR"), has in its report issued on 28 July 2022, affirmed PSG Konsult's national scale long-term issuer rating at A+(ZA), while the short-term issuer rating has been affirmed at A1(ZA), with a Stable outlook.

GCR states, "The ratings affirmation and stable outlook reflects our expectations that the low risk business model will continue to deliver stable earnings."
