The LA process includes arrival pick-up, transportation arrangements, hotel check-in, accommodation services while at the hotel including consumption, accompanying Umrah worship activities in the Holy Land (Muthowif) until the return of the congregation. It sells tickets for various airlines to Saudi Arabia for the purpose of Umrah and Hajj (landing in Jeddah or Medina), either direct flights such as Saudi Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, Citilink, Lion Air and others, or non-direct flights such as Emirates, Ettihad Airways, Turkish Airlines, Oman Air and others.
