PT Bhakti Agung Propertindo Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that is conducting business in the field of property development. The Company is engaged in the various development activities, which includes residential/apartments, commercial, condominiums and hotels (condotel), high schools of health sciences (STIKES) and Pratama clinics. The total land managed by the Company is approximately 12,331 square meters (m2), of which approximately 5,000 m2 has been fully developed. The Company has built and managed one property project in the form of an apartment with the name Green Cleosa located in Ciledug, Tangerang with over 634 apartment units and their supporting facilities. The remaining land is in the planning stage of construction phase 2 of the Green Cleosa Apartments and Condotel Horison.
