Jakarta, September 19th, 2022 - PT Kalbe Farma Tbk or Kalbe, through its subsidiary KlikDokter, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GI VITA, a technology company for health datas. This collaboration in the digital health service business is aiming for the Indonesian market.
"KlikDokter will increase its service quality through an AI solution by GI Vita, which will be the basis of service expansion through lifelog datas," as stated by the CEO of KlikDokter, Hendra Tjong.Kilyeon Lee, the CEOofGI VITA, also agreed with Hendra Tjong, stating that the collaboration would maximize the function of the smart device and the development of algorhytm for lifelog datas.
According to Kilyeon Lee, "This partnership is significant because of the recognitio of expertise in the connection between smart devices and the development of algorhytm for lifelog datas. Therefore, we will accelarate the development of markets abroad."
GI VITA has perfectedKlikDokter with the AI solution to gather lifelog datas by using smart watches and scales, as well as analyzing gathered datas from devices and applications.GI VITA also believed on the possibility of lifelog datas for telemedicine through KlikDokter.Furthermore, this collaboration with Kalbe Farma Groupwill provide an opportunity to enter the markets of Southeast Asian andIndonesia.KlikDokter is a digital health platform in Indonesia and is a subsidiary of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. KlikDokter provides health information that emphasizes on accuracy and updates from reliable sources. On the other hand, GI VITA is a company that provides an AI-based health application called Rothy, which can assist the users in managing their own health independently.
