PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was IDR 24,142 million compared to IDR 17,784 million a year ago. Revenue was IDR 5,633,147 million compared to IDR 4,312,884 million a year ago. Net income was IDR 512,821 million compared to IDR 26,088 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was IDR 31 compared to IDR 2 a year ago.
PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk is an Indonesia-based lifestyle retailer. The Companyâs business activities comprise mainly of retail trading of clothing, shoes, accessories, bags, and sports equipment. It has a diversified portfolio that includes sports, fashion, department stores, kids, food and beverage, and lifestyle products. Its brands include Starbucks, Zara, Marks & Spencer, SOGO, SEIBU, Oshkosh BâGosh, Converse, among many others. Its segments include retail sales, department stores, cafe and restaurant, and others. The Company's retail sales segment is engaged in trading of clothes and accessories; trading of sports equipment and accessories, trading of toys and accessories, cellular phones, tablets, computers and accessories, and garment manufacture as supporting business of retail. Its other segment include property, investment, bookstore, handicraft trading, and manufacturing.
