PT RMK Energy Tbk has completed an IPO in the amount of IDR 180.25 billion.

PT RMK Energy Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in coal trading, unloading, loading, and crushing of coal services. The Company is engaged in coal logistics services and coal trading, which includes loading and unloading at train stations, port transportation as well as barge loading and coal trading business. Its products and services are divided into two segments: provision of services and coal trading. Its provision of services includes Port services covering coal crushing services from large sizes to sizes according to buyer’s demand standards and also coal loading services on barges and other services and heavy equipment rental. It runs the coal trading business segment through the Company’s subsidiary PT Royaltama Multi Komoditi Nusantara. The Company runs a coal mining business (KBLI 05100), covering mining operations and drilling of various qualities of coal, such as anthracite, bituminous and sub-bituminous.
