Raiden Resources Limited agreed to acquire Li-Cs-Ta mineral rights over the Arrow Project from Arrow Minerals Limited for AUD 0.5 million.

Raiden Resources Limited is a transition energy and metal gold exploration company. The Company is engaged in mineral exploration in the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Bulgaria, and the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. It is advancing the Mt Sholl Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-Platinum Group Elements (PGE) Project, which is located approximately 22 kilometers (km) southeast of Karratha in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The property comprises two exploration licenses covering an area of 9.6 square kilometers (km2). It also has a portfolio of gold projects in Western Australia, including the Arrow project, which is located approximately 110 km southwest of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The property is comprised of two exploration licenses (E47/3476 and E47/3478) covering an area of approximately 377 km2. Its other projects include Tolisnica-Stanca, Donje Nevlje, Pirot, Zupa, Vuzel, Zlatusha, Kalabak, BG1 and others.
