Opening of ad hoc proceedings

Paris, 25 October 2023,

Rallye, Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris announce that they have applied for and obtained today from the President of the Commercial Court of Paris the opening of ad hoc mandate proceedings to their benefit under the aegis of SELAFA MJA (Me Valérie Leloup-Thomas) and SELARL Fides (Me Bernard Corre), for a period of 6 months, for the purpose of:

1. for Rallye to support its subsidiary Casino in accordance with its press release dated 18 October 2023 and to draw the appropriate conclusions in due course from the effective completion of Casino's ongoing financial restructuring, in particular with regard to its safeguard plan; and
2. for Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris to draw the appropriate conclusions in due course from the effective completion of Casino's ongoing financial restructuring, in particular with regard to their safeguard plans.
