Rallye is a holding company organized around 2 areas of activity: - large scale distribution (Casino): food distribution in France (Casino, Monoprix and Franprix names) and internationally (primarily in Latin America; Éxito, Disco-Devoto and Libertad). The group also develops online distribution of non-food products activity insured in France via Cdiscount website and in Brazil via Cnova; - distribution of sports equipment and fashion sneakers (Groupe Go Sport; business held for sale). The group also manages a diversified portfolio of investments consisting of financial investments and business real estate programs. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (47%), Latin America (52.9%) and other (0.1%).
