Kincora Copper Limited executed a conditional agreement to acquire 35% stake in Asset level interests in 8 projects from RareX Limited.

RareX Limited is an Australia-based project development and exploration company. It focused on rare earths and associated battery and electronic metals. Cummins Range, in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia, is its flagship project which produces a sustainable, ethical, transparent and secure low carbon rare earth and phosphate supply chain solution for its products. It maintains an active exploration program, covering not only the immediate vicinity of the Cummins Range project but also extending to a spectrum, to identify opportunities and advance projects that align with the foundational principles. It also maintains material investments in Kincora Copper, Cosmos Exploration and Canada Rare Earth Corporation. It also holds an interest in six of Kincora Copper’s primary tenements. The tenements are located in Australia’s porphyry region in the Lachlan Fold Belt, NSW. Cosmos Exploration is a North American lithium focused explorer and holds the Corvette Far East Project.
