Prestino Investments Ltd agreed to acquire Russian Assets of Raven from Raven Property Group Limited.

Raven Property Group Limited specializes in owning and managing warehouses in Russia. At the end of 2020, its real estate portfolio, consisting of 19 assets with a total surface area of 1,944,200 m2, amounted in market value, to GBP 1.1 billion, divided between storage sites (95%; 1,895,200 m2) and offices (5%; 49,000 m2).
