Renasant Corporation Appoints James C. Mabry IV as Executive Vice President, Effective August 1, 2020

Renasant Corporation announced that James C. Mabry IV will join the company as Executive Vice President. Mabry, who will join the Company on August 1, 2020, will also oversee the company's mergers and acquisition activities and its investor relations. Kevin D. Chapman, who has been serving as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer since May 2018, will remain in his role as the company's Chief Operating Officer and will continue to oversee the company's strategic planning. With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mabry brings a wealth of banking knowledge to Renasant. Mabry formerly served as an EVP with South State Corporation and prior to that role he served as managing director leading M&A, strategic advisory and capital markets services for banking companies with Keefe, Bruyette and Woods. He began his career with KBW in New York in 1983.
Renasant Corporation owns and operates Renasant Bank. The Company operates through three segments: Community Banks segment, Insurance segment and Wealth Management segment. Community Banks segment delivers a complete range of banking and financial services to individuals and to businesses of all sizes, including checking and savings accounts, business and personal loans, asset-based lending, factoring and equipment leasing, as well as safe deposit and night depository facilities.
