Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE - RFR) (OTCQB- RFHRF) (FSE-9RR) ('Renforth' or the 'Company') wishes to inform shareholders of the results of the mapping and prospecting work undertaken in August/September 2023 on the Surimeau property (Abitibi), covering an area of approximately 330 km-2 and wholly owned by Renforth, known to host several occurrences of polymetallic nickel mineralization of the 'Outokumpu' type over a strike length of more than 29 km as well as Numerous promising pegmatites for lithium, with high grades present in the host rock of the Pontiac Sediments.

Polymetallic mapping/prospecting results

Mapping and prospecting were concentrated on 4 distinct zones in the heart of the Surimeau property.

Lac Beaupre area - follow-up of previously compiled and interpreted soil survey data with mapping and prospecting around the southwest shore of Lac Beaupre (north flank of the Lac Surimau granitoid) where the data indicated zinc signatures in the till. No notable outcrops were found, with the exception of a few granite presences, so prospecting work was inconclusive.

Victoria West Area - continued mapping and prospecting of the western end of Victoria's ultra-mafic complex. Identification of surface mineralization including 1,510 ppm nickel in a grab sample from pyrrhotite-bearing ultra-mafic rocks. Several mineralized showings from this program are far removed from previous drilling in this area.

Northeast Lalonde Region - unexplored coincident magnetic and conductor peaks, as well as copper and cobalt values in till data from the 1970s/80s, revealed an albitized shear zone and graphitic mudstones over 135 m in a clearcut forest area. This shear zone, located in the northern part of an unexplored magnetic feature approximately 2 km long, is similar to the exposed shear zones at Lalonde and Victoria. Subsequent staking claims at Surimeau cover the western end of this magnetic formation. In addition to the high values in each lithology, grab samples from the graphitic mudstones of this zone have revealed 300 ppm copper and 1,100 ppm zinc.

Fouillac - south of the Victoria skyline, the Fouillac area of interest gives a 'pearl necklace' style magnetic signature in government surveys and has been the subject of only poorly documented superficial exploration more than 50 years ago. However, Renforth has previously visited the area and observed surface sulphides within a shear structure. Mapping and prospecting in this program resulted in, among other results, the identification of 1,250 ppm nickel in a grab sample of a sulphide serpentinite.

This program has identified new metal/battery mineralization at surface north of Lalonde and south of Victoria, as well as outside of the drilled area at the western end of Victoria, all positive developments as Surimeau is undergoing extensive exploration for the first time. It should be noted that the selected samples, taken during the prospecting programs, are collected by the geologist in the field; they are preferential in nature and not representative of a larger whole.

Pegmatite/Lithium Mapping/Prospecting Results

The Decelles Batholith is a large granite batholith exposed along the southern boundary of the Surimeau property. Granitic batholiths may be the parent granites of pegmatite. High rare elements such as Li, Cs, and Ta are found in the most fractional pegmatites.

Numerous granitic pegmatites outcrop along the southwestern and southern portions of the Surimeau property, particularly along the Decelles-Pontiac granite meta-sedimentary contact. These pegmatite often intrude into the amphibolite sediments of the Pontiac. Summer 2023 prospecting identified 4 grab samples grading above 200 ppm Li including a high value of 990 ppm Li (sample 7357). These four samples were taken from the Pontiac Sediments in direct contact with granite/pegmatite. These samples also appear to have high Rb and Cs values. High values of Li, Rb and Cs in mica-rich Pontiac meta-sediments on Surimeau may indicate proximity to lithium pegmatites and may represent distal metasomatism.

Granitic pegmatites in the southern part of Surimeau contain coarse-grained green muscovite and contain anomalous Ta-Nb-Sn and Rb contents. Some granitic pegmatites also contain indicator minerals for lithium mineralization: tourmaline, garnets, and white potassium feldspar. These are the characteristics of a fractional granite bath that could evolve into a lithium pegmatite and will be used to move towards exploration targets.

The samples collected as part of this prospecting were grab samples, preferential in nature and not representative of the entire property.

The samples collected during this mapping and prospecting program were selected, bagged and labelled in the field, and personally delivered to the ALS Val' d'Or facilities for test methods ME-ICP81 and ME-ICP41a. ALS installations comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.

Update on the Victoria Drill Program Currently Underway

The first two holes of this program (SUR-23-47 and SUR-23-48) have now been completed for a total of 561 metres out of the 4,000 metres planned to date. The third drill hole (SUR-23-49) is currently underway.

Hole 48 is located approximately 90 m west of Hole 47. The two holes completed to date are near the eastern end of the Main Victoria Zone and were drilled to fill a gap in Renforth's previous drilling in 2021.

The two completed holes follow approximately the same lithological sequence - Pontiac Sediments, followed by massive ultra-mafic and then Pontiac Sediments at the end of each hole. The deeper contact between the ultra-mafics and the underlying sediments in these holes is a well-mineralized contact zone that contains both albite-silica and calc-silicate alteration zones.

Mineralization is present in the form of fine to coarse sulphide stringers, nodules, clots, and disseminates of pyrite-pyrrhotite-sphalerite (Zn)-chalcopyrite (Cu) and pentlandite (Ni). In addition, there are occasionally narrow beds of well-mineralized graphitic mudstone in near-ultramafic sediments. The mineralized zones described above are approximately 2 m wide in SUR-23-47 and 19 m wide in SUR-23-48, indicating that the main mineralized zone intersected in these holes widens to the west.

Financing

Renforth is undertaking a small flow-through financing for critical minerals at the request of shareholders with the objective of raising, without an intermediary, $500,000 through the sale of shares, on a flow-through basis, at $0.04 per unit, each unit consisting of one flow-through share and one-half of one warrant. A full warrant may be exercised to purchase one common share at a price of $0.08 per common share for a period of 18 months. At the same time, Renforth will offer up to $150,000 of Common Share Units at a price of $0.035 per Unit, each Unit consisting of one Common Share and one Warrant, the Warrant will be exercisable to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.05 for a period of 24 months. The proceeds from the sale of titles will be used for ongoing exploration in Quebec, on Renforth's Surimeau property, specifically to work on the initial resource calculation on the 2 km of drilling in the central part of Victoria as well as for general working capital purposes. This is a notification to the reader, not a solicitation or effort to sell securities. Anyone with any questions should contact Renforth via the contact information below or consult their financial advisor.

About Renforth

Renforth is a secure area company known for its varied mineral resources where it holds a dominant position south of the Cadillac-Larder Lake Fault, a world-class structure in the prolific Cadillac and Malartic mining camps in Abitibi, Quebec. Renforth's mining properties in this area encompass several areas of interest, including gold, zinc, nickel, copper, cobalt as well as lithium and several other minerals of interest.

Renforth's position is unique in that properties in the area are accessible by road, have on-site hydroelectricity, and are in an established and secure mining jurisdiction that consistently ranks among the top 10 in the world according to the Fraser Institute.

Renforth is engaged in active exploration of metal/battery mineralization on Surimeau, working towards an initial resource calculation, as well as reshaping our Parbec gold deposit to incorporate the 15,000 m drilled after the effective date in 2019 of the last resource calculation.
