Reno De Medici S.p.A. signed an agreement to acquire Fiskeby Board AB on May 2, 2023. Fiskeby Board has a staff of 275 and puts its annual turnover at approximately SEK 1200 million. The transaction is expected to close by the third quarter, subject to anti-trust clearance.

As of June 1, 2023, the transaction has been approved by competition authority. Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP has advised funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management and its portfolio company, Reno De Medici. on the legal aspects of the deal.
