Resilient Property Income Fund Ltd will Change its Name to Resilient REIT Limited

Resilient REIT specializes in owning and managing commercial real estate assets in South Africa. At the end of June 2019, the group's portfolio, consisting of 42 properties, with a total lettable area of 1,202,355 m2, amounted, in market value, to ZAR 23.8 billion. The portfolio in value is distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (97.2%) and Nigeria (2.8%).
