Resources Connection, Inc.(NasdaqGS:RGP) acquired Cloudgo Pte. Ltd on November 15, 2023. Joel Kallett and Phil Loria of Clearsight Advisors, Inc. served as financial advisor to Resources Connection, Inc.
Resources Connection, Inc. (NasdaqGS:RGP) completed the Acquisition of Cloudgo Pte. Ltd for $19.7 million on November 15, 2023. Resources Connection paid an initial cash consideration of $7.2 million (net of $0.5 million cash acquired). The CloudGo Share Purchase Agreement also provides for contingent consideration of up to $12 million to be paid based on CloudGo?s revenue and operating profit margin performance during two one-year performance periods that begin after the acquisition date.
