Retelit S.p.A. signed an agreement to acquire BT Enìa Telecomunicazioni from BT Italia S.p.A.

Reti Telematiche Italiane SpA (Retelit SpA) is an Italy-based company. The Company is active in the telecommunications market. It provides telecommunications infrastructures and data transmission services. The Company’s services portfolio includes broadband connectivity, Internet protocol (IP) and multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) services, data centre services, including co-location and housing, and infrastructure. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 8,200 kilometers (km) of fiber-optic network, which serves urban and industrialized areas of the Italian territory, as well as a number of data centers, which are designed to house information and communications technology (ICT) systems connected to the network and technological solution guaranteeing integrity and operational continuity. In June 2014, the Company established new subsidiary, Retelit USA LLC.
