VILNIUS, April 15 (Reuters) - Germany's Rheinmetall on Tuesday will sign a protocol of intention with the Lithuanian government to build an ammunition factory in the country, the government said on Monday.

Separately, economy minister Ausrine Armonaite told media on Monday the factory would be producing 155mm artillery rounds, news wire BNS reported. (Reporting by Andrius Sytas in Vilnius Editing by Chris Reese)
