Gildas Sorin appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Mr Jacques Noels, Chairman of RIBER's Supervisory Board, has decided to stand down from his position in order to devote himself to new professional projects abroad.

The Company's Supervisory Board acknowledged Mr Jacques Noels' decision during its meeting on November 27th, 2014 and thanked him for his leadership and his management of RIBER's governance since 2010. Mr Noels' resignation will be effective on December 20th, 2014.

Mr Gildas Sorin, 61, was unanimously elected as Supervisory Board Chairman and will be taking up his new position on December 20th, 2014.

From 2003 to 2014, Gildas Sorin was CEO of Novaled AG, a German firm specialized in OLED technologies and bought out by Samsung in 2013. He has been a member of RIBER's Supervisory Board since 2013.
Gildas Sorin is a Foreign Trade Advisor for France and a Knight of the National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite).
