The Company carries out its operations through its facilities located in the city of Cali, department of Valle del Cauca. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Destileria Riopaila SAS and Asturias Holding Sarl, and Amalfi Botero y Cia Sociedad en Comandita which was its major shareholder.
