Rite Aid Corporation filed a motion in the US Bankruptcy Court for the sale of certain assets of Thrifty Payless, Inc. and Rite Aid Lease Management Company on April 9, 2024. The debtor seeks the Court?s approval for the sale of assets of Thrifty Payless, Inc. to In-N-Out Burgers, for a purchase price of $4.20 million in cash pursuant to the asset purchase agreement, dated March 21, 2024, and sale of assets of Rite Aid Lease Management Company to Engstrom Properties, Inc., for a purchase price of $2.60 million in cash. Thrifty Payless, Inc.?s assets include property located at 13511 Southeast Third Way, Vancouver, Washington and Rite Aid Lease Management Company assets include property located at 420 Grass Valley Highway Auburn, California.

Sale hearing is scheduled on April 30, 2024.
