RLH Properties, S.A.B. De C.V. Announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was MXN 1,308.433 million compared to MXN 61.463 million a year ago. Operating income was MXN 52.645 million compared to operating loss of MXN 440.322 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1.776 million compared to net loss of MXN 392.295 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 0.002 compared to basic loss per share of MXN 0.64 a year ago. For the half year, sales was MXN 2,276.443 million compared to MXN 1,294.975 million a year ago. Operating income was MXN 21.632 million compared to operating loss of MXN 293.096 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 34.980 million compared to MXN 499.548 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was MXN 0.04 compared to MXN 0.56 a year ago.
