On June 5, 2018, the Board of Directors of ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. appointed Eli Davidai to the Board. Mr. Davidai currently serves as the General Manager of ARC. Mr. Davidai works on behalf of the Company from the ARC office in Retsag, Hungary. Mr. Davidai’s appointment fills the vacancy on the Board created by the resignation of Mr. Drew M. Kelley on May 10th, 2018.
