On October 17, 2009, the Company acquired of Innotrek Technology Co. Ltd. On November 5, 2009, the Company finalized the acquisition of United Liquor Alliance (ULA). In April 2010, the Company completed its divestiture of United Liquor Alliance with Cooper & Porter, Inc.
