RMG Acquisition Corp. III announced that on October 21, 2022, Mr. W. Grant Gregory, a Class II director and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company notified the Company of his decision to resign as a member of the Board and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective as of October 21, 2022.
