Robot Home, Inc. (TSE:1435) acquired IDC Inc. from Takuji Yamaguchi on December 22, 2021. Robot Home will acquire 600 shares of IDC Inc. IDC Inc. reported total assets of ¥906.181 million, net sales of ¥538.126 million, net assets of ¥99.602 million, operating profit of ¥15.624 million and profit of ¥4.358 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. The deal is subject to approval from Robot Home, Inc. (TSE:1435) board. As of December 22, 2021 Robot Home, Inc. (TSE:1435) board approved the deal.
