Rockwool A/S (CPSE:ROCK B) agreed to acquire Boerner Insulation Sp. z o.o.

Rockwool A/S is the world leader of manufacturing and marketing of rock wool insulation and waterproofing products. Net sales break down by family of products as follows: - insulation and waterproofing products (77.1%): thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, fire protection, and water damage protection products for private homes, group residences, administrative and commercial buildings; - other (22.9%): acoustic ceilings, panels for covering façades, anti-noise walls, anti-vibration panels, growth substrates for vegetables and flowers, reinforcing fibers, etc. At the end of 2023, the group had 51 manufacturing facilities worldwide. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Western Europe (58.7%), Eastern Europe and Russia (18.8%) and other (22.5%).
