Morges, 17 December 2012 - Romande Energie Commerce was formed in 2007 through an alliance between Romande Energie and 10 other entities active in the power industry. Following the decision of Jean-Pierre Mitard to pursue a new career opportunity, we have sought a new manager who would have the substance to lead and develop Romande Energie Commerce in a climate dominated by full energy-market liberalisation, which is scheduled for 2015.
At their meeting on 14 December, the Boards of Directors of Romande Energie Group and Romande Energie Commerce appointed Philippe Durr (48) as head of Romande Energie Commerce. January 2013. Romande Energie Group is delighted to be able to harness his vast experience and in-depth technical and commercial knowledge. We wish him every success
