Ronson Development SE is a Poland-based residential real estate developer. The Company is active in the development and sale of housing units, primarily apartments in multi-family residential real estate projects to individual customers. The Company concentrates its business activities in metropolitan areas across Poland, mainly in Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw and Szczecin, and in the vicinity of those cities. The Company divides its operations based on those geographic locations and on the type of the project, into apartments and single-family houses. The Warsaw segment also includes the Company's rental activities and joint ventures. The Company's completed project portfolio consists of such residential housing estates as Imaginarium, Mistral, Sloneczny Skwer, Lazurowa Dolina, Twoj Bialy Dom, Gardenia, Nautica, Pegaz I and Pegaz II, among others.
