RoodMicrotec NV announced that it nominates Martin Sallenhag and Reinhard Pusch for appointment on 26 May 2016 as CEO/CTO and COO/CSO respectively, succeeding Philip Nijenhuis, who will retire on the same date. Until that time, Philip Nijenhuis, who was recently discharged from medical supervision after an illness, will conduct the daily management of the company, in close cooperation with Martin Sallenhag and Reinhard Pusch in
preparation for the definitive transfer of responsibilities. As of 26 May, Philip Nijenhuis will take up the position of adviser to RoodMicrotec. The interests of the company will be paramount in this. In his new role he will focus on the interests of both customers and shareholders. Before joining RoodMicrotec, Martin Sallenhag was VP Engineering with Digital Imaging Systems and VP and General Manager with Samsung Electronics. Mr. Sallenhag played an important role in the development of new hightech advanced semiconductors. Reinhard Pusch was previously senior manager at Alcatel and managing director of microtec. He played an important role in the merging of microtec and Rood Testhouse International. The supervisory board proposes to appoint Philip Nijenhuis as a member on 26 May 2016, to guarantee continuity and balance in the company. Philip Nijenhuis is prepared to continue to dedicate himself to RoodMicrotec. In addition, the supervisory board proposes to announce Tom van Wijngaarden as a member on 26 May 2016.
