An affiliate of Tracker Capital Management, LLC acquired all the assets Root9B LLC from root9B Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:RTNB) on September 28, 2017. Root9B will operate as an independent, privately-held company and will continue to be headquartered in Colorado Springs and led by its existing management team.
