Professional skills competitions are being held at the site of the Tver Training and Production Centre among specialists from the industrial safety and production control departments of the Companies. 20 participants from 20 regions of the energy company's operational responsibility will compete for the title "Best Labour Safety Specialist". This is the third year in a row that the company has hosted an event of this scale.

The contestants will have to go through seven stages of the competition: testing knowledge of the occupational safety management system, organizing safe work on overhead power lines, supplying workers with means of protection from harmful and dangerous production factors, checking the work clearance of crews and the work permit system. In addition, the competition committee will evaluate the personnel's skills in working safely at height and in providing first aid to victims of an industrial accident. This year, a new stage has been introduced into the competition program - "Assessment of professional risks when organizing and carrying out work".

"The work of power engineers is inextricably linked with increased risks, so protecting the health and life of our specialists is a priority in the company's activities. Competitions at the interregional level are an effective platform for demonstrating skills and abilities in the field of safety, confirming competencies, and exchanging experiences. I wish all participants of the competition good luck and safe work!" - emphasized Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.
