RT Minerals Corp entered into an agreement to acquire 51 mineral claims in Sheba Township in the Abitibi Greenstone belt, Superior Province for CAD 0.0455 million.

The Company's principal mineral properties in Canada, including Link-Catharine, Catharine Gold properties, Blakelock property, Case Batholith property, Galna / Moody property, Ireland REE property, Kendrey property, Kenogaming /Pharand Project, McQuibban project, Milligan Project, Nordica Project and Timmins project. The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Link-Catharine RLDZ gold property comprised of 15 unpatented single-cell mining claims with a total area of approximately 220 hectares in one claim block, which is contiguous to the Company’s 100% owned approximately 102 square kilometers Catharine claim block. The Link-Catharine property is located approximately 25 kilometers south-east of the town of Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
