The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Link-Catharine RLDZ gold property comprised of 15 unpatented single-cell mining claims with a total area of approximately 220 hectares in one claim block, which is contiguous to the Company’s 100% owned approximately 102 square kilometers Catharine claim block. The Link-Catharine property is located approximately 25 kilometers south-east of the town of Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
