Ruby Creek Resources, Inc. announced that effective from November 23, 2012, the company accepted the resignation of Myron Landin as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer and as the company's Secretary. Mr. Landin will remain available to perform financial consulting services as per his Consulting Agreement of February 1, 2011. As of November 29, 2012, Mr. Robert Slavik has been appointed to the position of Acting Secretary.

The Gold Plateau Project is situated at the eastern margin of the Selous Basin where the Karoo and young sedimentary rock are in fault contact with low to high-grade metamorphosed rocks of Neoproterozoic age belonging to the Mozambique Belt.
