Ryoyo Electro Corporation Proposes Year-End Dividend, Payable on April 27, 2018

Ryoyo Electro Corporation announced that the AGM of the company to be held on April 26, 2018. At the meeting the shareholders will approve year-end cash dividend of JPY 30 per share including the interim dividend, the dividend for the full year will be JPY 60 per share, payable on April 27, 2018.
