S.C. Transilvania Constructii S.A. announced that it has received RON 9.136512 million in funding

Transilvania Constructii SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the construction sector. The Company is active in the construction of residential and nonresidential buildings. Additionally, the Company is involved in the rental of equipped industrial halls and warehouses. The Company is also engaged in the operation of a sports center with tennis courts and a football fields. In January 2014, Parc Logistic Transilvania raised its interest to 81.23% from 31.63%. On February 11, 2014, Parc Logistic Transilvania increased its stake held in the Company from from a 49.6270% to a 61.190% stake.
