The projects located in the Sacramento Basin onshore northern California include Dempsey Area, Borba, Los Medanos, Malton, Dutch Slough Gas, Rio Vista Gas and Alvares Projects. The Company has working interests in over eight gas fields in the Northern Sacramento Basin and is the operator of wells in over seven of its fields. The Company holds a working interest in Red Earth oil producing asset, which is located in Northern Alberta, Canada and consists of over six oilfields and associated infrastructure, which are located approximately 450 kilometers north of Edmonton.
