San Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The company is engaged in the business of exploration, development and production of gold, primarily in the Bissett area of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. The Company's main operations consist of exploring for gold primarily in the Bissett area of Manitoba, Canada and producing gold from the Rice Lake Mine, the Hinge Mine and the 007 Mine. The Company owns and operates the Rice Lake Mining Complex, near the community of Bissett, located approximately 235 kilometers northeast of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Company also owns or is earning an interest in certain Mineral claims in Ontario, primarily in the Kenora and Timmins areas. The Company's subsidiaries include 6493068 Canada Ltd., 6573258 Canada Ltd., and 6772684 Canada Ltd.
